Nov. 22, 1893 Appointment of Appraisers - livestock & farming equipment, buggy saddle & bridle and horse. & 154 acres in Sec. 12, Town 19, range 19 of Franklin Co. KS, cooking stove "left for widow & children: 1 wagon & 2 hourses, 2 cow, ?? , Turkeys and chickens, famley library of books warning a---ural cooking utinsels household goods, all of the food provisions in the house, fuel and livestock feed."

Nov. 21, Dec. 1, and Dec. 23 1886 - Final settlement State of Kansas Franklin County In the Probate Court In the Matter of final settlement of the Estate of Elisha Dunnuck deceased, now towith this 1st day of December 1896 this matter of the final settlement of the Estate of Elisha Dunnuck deceased come to be heard in the Probate Court of Franklin County Kansas, said settlement having been advertised to be made Nov. 21st 1896 and continued to this day December 1, 1896. And the Court Examines said Notice of settlemtn and Proof of publication, and approve the same. And appearing Mary A. Dunnuck, Administratrix of said Estate and presents to the Court her final account. And the Court examines account and allows said Mary A. Dunnuck $25.00 as her compensation. and finds that there remains in her hands the sum of $123.61 due said Estate, also finds that there is due Dr. T.R. Thornbury an allowed claim in the sum of $29.25 Also a Claim of P.J. McEchron to the amount of $5.00 which claim has not been allowed. and the Court continues this settlement until December 23, 1896 ----------- Now towit this 23rd day of December 1886 this matter of the final settlement of the Estate of Elisha Dunnuck deceased haveing been continued from Dec. 1st 1896 to this time now comes on for further hearing. And the Court having heard the Evidence in the Matter of the Claim of P.J. McEchron against the Estate of Elisha Dunnuck deceased and being fully advised disallows said Claim of P.I. McEchron. And the Court finding that said Mary A. Dunuch has $123.61 in her hands belonging to the estate; It is hereby Ordered by the Court that said Mary A. Dunnuck Administratrix Disburse and pay out said $123.61 as follows to T.R. Thornbury $29.25 on his claim. to Mary A. Dunnuck Widow $47.18 To Josephine Barhan daughter 11.79. To Ruth Davis Daughter (11.79. To Mollie Jones , (nee Dunnuck) daughter #11.79. and to take receipts from said distributees. And to file in this court her receipts from said distributees within 60 days from this 23 day of December 1896. And when she shall have so complied with this Order sand and her bondsman shall be discharged from further liability, and said Mary A. Dunnuck files in this court her receipt from T.R. Thornbury for $29.25.
