Nov. 21, Dec. 1, and Dec. 23 1886 - Final settlement State of Kansas In the Probate Court In the Matter of final settlement of the Estate of Elisha Dunnuck deceased,
----------- Now towit this 23rd day of December 1886 this matter of the final settlement of the Estate of Elisha Dunnuck deceased haveing been continued from Dec. 1st 1896 to this time now comes on for further hearing. And the Court having heard the Evidence in the Matter of the Claim of P.J. McEchron against the Estate of Elisha Dunnuck deceased and being fully advised disallows said Claim of P.I. McEchron. And the Court finding that said Mary A. Dunuch has $123.61 in her hands belonging to the estate; It is hereby Ordered by the Court that said Mary A. Dunnuck Administratrix Disburse and pay out said $123.61 as follows to T.R. Thornbury $29.25 on his claim. to Mary A. Dunnuck Widow $47.18 To Josephine Barhan daughter 11.79. To Ruth Davis Daughter (11.79. To Mollie Jones , (nee Dunnuck) daughter #11.79. and to take receipts from said distributees. And to file in this court her receipts from said distributees within 60 days from this 23 day of December 1896. And when she shall have so complied with this Order sand and her bondsman shall be discharged from further liability, and said Mary A. Dunnuck files in this court her receipt from T.R. Thornbury for $29.25. |
