To wit: To my beloved wife Eliz A Dun
I give and bequeath all my real and person estate to have & to hold as long as she remains my widow.
To wit: S.E. gr. Sec. 26 Town one Range 4C containing 160 acres, reserving 6 a. to be taken from S.W. ---- the proceeds of said farm she is to use for her benefit without waste. She is also authorized to build or other improve said farm for her benefit and comfort & after her death or marriage all my real & personal property to be disposed of as follows,
I give & bequeath to my step- Charlotte Davis: One hundred dollars.
To my 2 grandchildren Annabell and Richard Edward Sheldon; Children of my daughter Mary Margaret Sheldon deceased, I give & bequeath to each $100.
& the residue & remainder of my estate both real & personal. I give & bequeath to my 6 children (To wit) Geor F D, Sarah E Driskell, Ed S.D., Arletta M. Hough, Katherine Ann Peterson, Samantha Jane Dun to equally divided among the I likewise make constitute & appoint A. S. Vaught & my said son Geo F. D. & Amerecus Driskell to be my executor of this my said will: hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
